In 2025, Latvia Increases the Excise Tax on Natural Gas
Amendments to the “Excise Tax Law” stipulate that starting from January 1, 2025, the excise tax on Natural Gas will be increased.
As a result of these changes, the new Excise Tax rates effective from January 1, 2025, will be applied to invoices for natural gas consumption in January.
New Excise Tax Rates for Natural Gas:
